Terms of Use
Who you are dealing with
ML FIT is an independently owned and operated fitness business of Manuel Lantigua. Manuel Lantigua is solely responsible for providing ML FIT fitness coaching and training services. Jonathan Harris LLC provides certain website, technology and payment-administration support for ML FIT, and may appear on your payment receipt or card statement; it does not own, operate or manage ML FIT, does not employ Manuel Lantigua and does not provide fitness or coaching services. Stripe is the third-party payment processor that securely handles card payments. Nothing on this site creates or implies an ownership, employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between these parties.
Using this site
This website presents ML FIT's coaching services and lets you request a call or send an enquiry. Sending a request is not a confirmed booking until Manuel replies to confirm it.
Training is not medical care
ML FIT provides fitness coaching only — not medical, rehabilitation, physiotherapy or nutrition-therapy services. You train at your own risk and should consult a physician first if you have any health condition.

ML FIT pricing and training facilities
ML FIT services and pricing are set independently based on the coaching, programming, assessments, accountability, scheduling and support included in each package. Training may take place at independently owned and operated gyms, hotels, villas, outdoor locations, private facilities or other approved training environments. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ML FIT, Manuel Lantigua and Jonathan Harris LLC do not own, operate, control or represent third-party training facilities, which may impose their own fees, rules, waivers and restrictions. ML FIT coaching fees are separate from third-party facility fees unless your written package specifically states that a facility charge is included.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
Where a private ML FIT payment link is issued, payment is processed securely by Stripe for the ML FIT coaching services listed on that link. Session cancellation windows, rescheduling and refund conditions are confirmed in writing with Manuel before any programme begins. Full details are on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
Client agreement before training
Before any client is cleared for training, they must complete the ML FIT Client Fitness Agreement, Assumption of Risk and Liability Acknowledgement, together with the health and fitness intake. Payment may be made before the agreement is signed, but training clearance is only given once it is signed and the intake is complete.
Community activities
NO LIMIT run club activities are community events within the Kikaqui ecosystem and are separate from ML FIT's paid coaching services.
